Introduction

ConfidenceLine has been selected by STEP Energy, Sanjel Energy and Wayfinder (the “company”) as its authorized external service provider for the purpose of reporting unethical or improper conduct. This service is open to all employees of the company.

Instructions

Submitting your report

To create a report, simply press the "Continue to Create Report" button below.

The system will provide you with a Username and you will be asked to create a Password.

Remember to note the Username and Password provided so you can log back in to review updates or reply to your report submission. Passwords cannot be recovered/reset if lost or forgotten.

You will be presented with a series of questions to gather information about your concern.

For security purposes, there is a sixty-minute inactivity time limit built into this web application. If this time limit is reached, you will need to start the process from the beginning.

Once you have completed the questions, please read over the responses and make any required edits. Clicking the "Send Report" button will send your confidential report to the designated contact(s) at the company.

Following up on your report

To review responses from the organization or add additional information, simply come back to this website and click the “Review/Update Existing Report” button above and enter your Username and Password to log in. When you add communications, a system-generated alert will be sent to the company designates.

Adding documents

The program includes a mechanism for you to upload any documentation or evidence that you would like to include with your report submission.
